Our Story
DiveTeam was founded in January 2024 by Ken Williams, a data and analytics leader who watched enterprise marketing teams struggle with a frustrating reality: they had invested millions in martech tools, but couldn't answer basic questions about performance without days of spreadsheet work.
Ken saw CMOs drowning in data from 15+ marketing platforms—yet starving for the insights they needed to optimize campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and compete in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. He watched smart, capable executives present board reports they didn't fully trust, because their data was fragmented, their implementations were decaying, and the consultants they hired kept staffing projects with junior analysts learning on their dime.
The industry had a gap: enterprise marketing teams needed specialized expertise in marketing data and AI—not generalist IT consultants, not platform salespeople disguised as advisors, and not agencies that implement and disappear.
DiveTeam was built to fill that gap.
